We meet on the third Monday of each month in different members’ homes.
Each member has been asked to suggest a Poet and a Theme and each month we draw out one of the suggestions at random.
The host/hostess of the month receives a telephone call from each member with his/her suggestion for a poem/poems which they want to share, this is so that we do not duplicate poems, and once given the go ahead, members photocopy the suggested poem. We also share some information about the poet.
This is a very enjoyable group and we are learning a lot and it’s like having a birthday every month.
